[AdmiralDAO](https://www.admiraldao.xyz/) is a decentralized autonomous organization [governed by the community](https://docs.clipper.exchange/governance-token/community-governance) and supported by Admiralty LLC, a non-profit member-managed LLC [domiciled in the Marshall Islands](https://www.shipyardsoftware.org/post/shipyard-dao-marshall-islands?ref=blog.clipper.exchange). The DAO controls a multisig wallet with several signers.
